Five Unique Lobby Art Collections for Perimeter Park

Each unique art collection at Perimeter Park transforms a generic office space into a welcoming and cohesive environment. Working with commercial real estate firm Trinity Partners, TurningArt developed a distinct art curation for five separate office lobby spaces within Perimeter Park. The collections in each space have rotated 1 to 2 times, ensuring the environment remains dynamic and energetic for tenants.

From Niamh Carty, the Art Advisor at TurningArt:

“The curation process for each rotation is so creative and engaging, thanks to Melissa and Denise from Trinity Partners. They are careful and meticulous when selecting artwork, while also enjoying the opportunity to explore new aesthetic directions with each rotation. The process involves several gallery and curation rounds, narrowing the options down to the top two or three curation sets before sharing them with tenants to vote on their favorite. It’s always so exciting to see which curation receives the most votes, and I love that Melissa and Denise leave the final decision in the hands of the tenants!

For 2250 Perimeter Park Drive, each rotation centers around a different theme. The first rotation featured 10 pieces, all by the same local artist, Maya Murano, who creates colorful, food-themed art. The current collection went in a completely different direction, focusing on macro leaf imagery and bringing in some biophilic elements.

For the first two rotations at 3800 Paramount Parkway, abstract works harmoniously pull in key colors from the lobby furniture and rugs. For the next rotation, Melissa and Denise want to highlight a single artist, creating a dedicated gallery for their work within the office space. It’s so exciting that they want to take this collection in a whole new direction and celebrate specific artists.

Working with Melissa and Denise is an incredibly gratifying process because they understand the value of artwork and have such great taste themselves. I’m already excited about the curations in the works for the next rotation!”

From Melissa I., Senior Property Manager, and Denise L., Assistant Property Manager, at Trinity Partners:

“We understand the significant value that art brings to a space, and we appreciate partnering with a company that shares that perspective. TurningArt consistently does an excellent job of translating our vision and aesthetic into distinctive collections tailored to each lobby space. We value having a voice in the curation process, and especially appreciate the opportunity to give our tenants a say in the final selection through TurningArt’s voting tool. This approach allows the artwork throughout the spaces to reflect the diverse tastes and perspectives of the people who experience them every day. Each collection is thoughtful and polished, perfectly complementing its respective lobby environment.”
