An art deco building built in 1927, the entire building was recently restored to offer a stunning selection of cutting-edge workspaces in the heart of New York City’s most desirable neighborhood. TurningArt collaborated with Taconic Partners to curate an art rental program that would complement the beautiful lobby space and keep it feeling fresh. Using the diversity of our catalog to its fullest, we filled the lobby with a truly unique collection that included a little bit of everything. From gestural abstracts to nature-inspired graphic-style paintings, to 3-dimensional wooden sculptures, to large wall vinyls celebrating the Atlantic Ocean, this collection has something for everyone and is bound to impress tenants.” From Chun Leung, Assistant VP - Taconic Partners “Being a newly renovated art deco building with a classic stone masonry facade, we wanted the art to provide a contemporary and tasteful contrast to the rich history of the building. Working with Becca, we explored their catalog to find contemporary abstracts, pop graphic prints, and sculptures that felt intriguing and sophisticated in the space.
