The selected artwork not only reflects the locale’s essence but also embraces contemporary style, enriching the building’s overall atmosphere. This partnership aims to create an immersive environment that engages tenants and fosters a vibrant community.

"Our goal from the project’s inception was to modernize the space, with a particular emphasis on revitalizing key areas such as the café. Guided by this vision, our artwork selection aimed to appeal to a diverse range of tenants, enhancing and enlivening the environment. Working closely alongside Jeana Dozier and Ginger Ramirez, who spearheaded the project, we curated warm, soothing organic abstracts inspired by the expansive Texas landscape."
