Creating Atmosphere through Abstraction with Lincoln Property Company

The Project

Lincoln Property Company continues to raise the level of excellency in the real estate market by upholding the highest quality service for both their current and prospective clients. This fact is exceedingly apparent at their recently renovated office building located in Lexington, MA.

To further increase the visual appeal of their bright and modern office space, LPC collaborated with TurningArt to create a custom artwork program that was reminiscent of the sky and air travel in order to honor the close proximity to Hanscom Air Force Base.

"Working with Alison, the General Manager, was fantastic. We both felt that the minimalist configuration of the office building should be the aesthetic groundwork for the artwork selections. Therefore, the two of us quickly aligned on artwork options that would deliver expansive gestures and airy colors to the space’s modern design.

Large artwork was essential to fill the big and bright common spaces so we decided to create a custom seven-by-seven foot canvas to hang at the top of the central three-story glass staircase. The piece acted as a focal point for the entire space and beautifully tied together the collection of artworks."
