In collaboration with Vocon and an American private equity firm, TurningArt took on the task of commissioning and installing monumental artwork by Vicky Barranguet, specifically tailored to enhance the expansive office space.
With long walls and panoramic views 70+ floors up, their aim was to ensure that the selected pieces not only matched the office's style and brand but also resonated deeply with the firm's ethos of innovation. To achieve this, TurningArt harnessed Vicky's vibrant style, deploying a cohesive series of mega-canvases meticulously stretched and installed on site.
From Jack, the Art Advisor
Vicky Barranguet's unique story as a Uruguayan Immigrant shaped by the energy of New York City, coupled with the undeniable motion and vibrance of her work, made her a clear choice for a series of large commissions. The final product is a perfect marriage of Vicky's gestural style, and the brand sensibilities of the client, all at a massive scale."
From Montgomery St. Peter, the Senior Project Designer at Vocon
"Working with Jack and the TurningArt team has been a seamless process. Though our meetings and coordination, he listened and offered us a range of incredible artists that eventually led us to Vicky. Our team and the client immediately fell for Vicky’s work after meeting her in person at her NY studio. The process of working with her was very collaborative and engaging. She connected her personal style with our vision for the space and the client’s brand. The pieces she created are energetic yet calming, adding a unique balance of interest and excitement to the space.
Jack was a collaborative and patient partner on our project building trust and adding value. Our team looks forward to continuing our partnership with him and TurningArt on future projects to come."
